There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Paya Thai, set within 5 minutes walk or so. We appreciated the room because of terrace❤

The double room was comfy, had an air conditioning, an iron, and a study table. And it had inner courtyard view which is a plus. The location minutes from a tram station was convenient.

We loved the vintage design of the hotel and the homemade breakfast with fresh and local ingredients. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities, including the rooftop terrace, were perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the island. We also appreciated the hotel's location in a quiet area that was still reasonably close to good restaurants and easy transportation to explore the island.
Nothing to fault.

Staying and meeting new people at this guesthouse was like staying with friends! the hosts were incredibly kind and generous, always making us feel at home. the breakfast was delicious and we loved that it was available even if we had to leave early. the location was perfect and allowed us to experience the true vibe of this stunning island.
Finding a parking spot was quite difficult and the area did not seem very safe for vehicles. We also found that the neighborhood was somewhat isolated and we wished it was closer to the city center.

We had an incredible experience at Casa Dona Carmela! the house transported us back in time with its interbelic art design details, while still meeting all our modern needs. the location was perfect for exploring Santa Cruz on foot, with attractions like Plaza de Espana and Iglesia de la Conception just a short walk away. Our hosts, Jorge and Amos, were the most caring and helpful we've ever encountered. the room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the classical wood shutters on the windows. the rooftop terrace was a romantic spot for breakfast and dinner, and we even enjoyed a relaxing sunbath at Playa de las Terecitas. the stay was truly perfect!

The hotel is located in a quiet area, which is great for those who are looking for some peace and quiet. It's close to the city center, and you can easily find a supermarket nearby. the hotel offers a lovely breakfast with homemade marmalades, cereals, and breads. Amos, the host, is very friendly and always ready to give tips on where to find the little extras on the island. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with the best bed you've ever slept on!
The hotel lacks a bit of personality, feeling a bit generic.
